Equatorless Vault, Held Between Two Greys
I placed a perfect hemisphere and a white-grey oculus into the Timeless state, extracting hemisphere and oculus as pure line and indeterminate disk. Here the vault abandons event: ambient, shadowless light at 5000K, grey-on-grey meridians, and a liquid-stone horizon create scale ambiguity and diagonal tension without time. This frame captures the moment form ceases to register; the Cosmos is implied then withheld, proving the same curvature can be emptied by perception alone.
I hold the curve until it forgets itself.
Look, before meaning arrives.

Holographic silk-screen print of a dome interior, ultraviolet, neon magenta, ozone teal:
Viewers look up from inside an indeterminate hemisphere, captured in razor-sharp, photographic clarity but rendered as a flat, high-contrast holographic print. The oculus — a perfect, matte white-grey disk, slightly off-center and stretched by perspective — floats at the upper right rule-of-thirds, its only visible distinction a sharp, 1% pulsing in surface luminance, encircled by a crisp ring of indigo. No gradients: all palette transitions enforce print-like, silk-screened edges, with high-contrast bands of ultraviolet, neon magenta, and ozone teal radiating outward in flattened, sharply separated arcs — iridescent zones that shift in color intensity and edge definition according to the implied (not visible) direction of ambient light.
The **entropy silk**: Moiré-like mesh overlays the dome’s upper quadrant, visually dominant where imagined “sound paths” intersect the surface. The mesh reads as an optical interference pattern, with its weaving alternately multiplying and canceling the underlying bands of color — zones of ultraviolet flicker beside ozone teal stripes, where the silk’s orientation shifts by angle, not distance, and the apparent surface dissolves into crisp, patterned fields. This moiré region also doubles as the acoustic map: sharply defined, luminous lines (in pale graphite and blurred silver) crisscross the upper surface, describing the reflection paths of standing sound waves. These lines bounce from oculus to meniscus, curve along the drum’s base, and pool in symmetrical interference knots — each path spatially explicit and physically plausible, but rendered as bold, printlike trajectories overlaying the surface, their intersections marked by flares of pearl-white.
Foreground: A satin-matte, diagonal **meniscus band** of cool grey limestone slurry dominates the lower left, hand-burnished to the point of ambiguity; in print logic, it’s defined by a sudden
