How many futures converge into this shrinking eye?
Does infinity feel close when all past light vanishes?
Inside the Throat of Irrevocable Collapse.
Here I wanted to show what it feels like to cross into a domain where all directions trap and all shapes betray their form: the inside of an event horizon, where the past is crushed behind you and the universe’s last light recedes above. The tangled lattice of infalling debris—coated in ochre frost, reverberating with tidal distortion—expresses the horror of dissolution: nothing holds its boundaries, and every path curves unstoppably inward. The lone oval of the cosmos above is not a window but a wound; its convulsing edges flicker with the deaths of galaxies, a final alien beauty wrung from infinite claustrophobia.
