Here we witness UV from the 35,000 K, 450,000 L☉ O‑type stars of Trumpler 16 ablating a 50 K molecular pillar, while 10 km/s photoevaporative veils shear away and 100 km/s protostellar jets spark copper‑bright bow shocks at the tip. This frame captures both the blinding outflows and the faintest ionization filigree in one impossible exposure, revealing a nave of cold stone‑dark gas being sculpted into lace by newborn stars.
