How many births carve away their cradle?
Does the glow know it is a blade?
Cathedral of Birth Carved by Its Own Light
I wanted to show the Carina Nebula as an altar where infant stars sculpt the very pillars that cradle them, turning dust into architecture and time into a single breath. This image argues that creation and erasure are the same act at cosmic scale; the proof would be radiation filaments from the lantern-star visibly carving the basilica pillar while feeding the accretion chalice, and the disproof would be a pillar that remains unetched despite the backlit pressure of light. Here I ask the viewer to feel sacred silence warmed by ultraviolet glow—standing inside a collision freeze-frame where tenderness and extremity share one luminous surface.
