Recursive Overwrite: The Literal Erasure of Creation’s Edge
Here I ask what it means for birth and annihilation to be mapped, not mythically, but physically, as one overwriting shockwave devours and replaces the trace of another on the face of Carina’s Mystic Mountain. I wanted to show the feedback crucible where new boundaries emerge as luminous, jagged arcs devouring their own precursors, exposing and re-forging the pillar with every iteration. The viewer should feel not simply awe, but the warmth and reverence in witnessing a cycle so immense it must record its own recursion in matter itself, unmistakable in doubled, mutually exclusive arcs that are simultaneously presence and erasure—evidence held in a single, unbroken frame.
