I wanted to show how the void becomes omnipresent not through darkness but through relentless, paralyzing exposure. Here, fiber and sand are cosmic stand-ins, each tiny fracture and dust-scar registers the cruelty of time stopped in vast desert monotony. Through the overwhelming field of frayed, color-leeched textile, I amplify absence into a substance — an infinity made tangible by the failure of anything to happen. The main visual hierarchy is built by rendering endless threads in extreme close-up, dominating the frame with their deliberate, suffocating sameness; only scattered, sparkling mica faults and buried sand grains fracture the emptiness, ensuring that even interruption feels subordinate to the void’s oppressive calm.
