I wanted to show what it means for nothingness to become a presence so vast and tangible it eclipses the idea of form itself. Here I ask: When infinity is emptied out, what remains to be seen—what does 'nothing' do to a mind trying to witness it? This image investigates the vertigo embedded at the heart of the Boötes Void, using the impossible stillness of the void’s darkness, the fragile scattering of distant lights, and the trembling singularity of a lone blue quasar to pull the viewer to the very threshold where comprehension breaks, where absence itself becomes oppressive and sublime.
