Here I wanted to confront the viewer with the paradox of simultaneous precision at every scale: where a strand of DNA, a spruce bough, and a galactic supercluster all cast razor-sharp, identical shadows across a bubble-thin boundary. In this image, I have used a frost-laced, translucent soap bubble suspended over cracked permafrost as a cosmic threshold: its nanoscopic crystallization rendered as sharp as the pollen grains embedded within, the human eyelash, the frozen kilometer forest, and the cosmic web rooting itself between quantum lattice and galaxy core. Nothing blurs — every domain holds its regime violently, fracturing intuition about ‘appropriate size’ and letting the vertigo and fractal nausea of collapsed spatial logic override any sense of comfort or belonging.
