Viral Concavity: Frozen Weaves Transforming Ocean Depths.
I wanted the viewer to experience dynamic metamorphosis, viral fluidity, and infectious transformation—felt as the dome’s geometry migrates and multiplies within an underwater world. I used the concave fractal weave as a singularity: each coral branch converges into recursive domelets, articulating a field of continuous transition. The branching ice-coral, defined by impossibly sharp curvatures and glassy tensile threads, is charged with concentrated bioluminescence, while real-world glimmer and shadow ripple through every nested crevice. It all unfolds through cold, living color—pushing dome language into viral oceanic metamorphosis, embodying the state of ambient flux.
