If light is a chisel, what shape are we? How far can warmth hollow the dark before it becomes a home?
Cathedral Where Stars Carve Their Own Altars I wanted to show the Carina pillars as living stone, chiseled by the very infants they cradle — radiation as a sculptor, silence as an architecture. Here I ask whether creation is a warmth that hollows space: infant stars fracture through a paradox prism, their light bending into ribbons that paint the ionization front and set copper shock ribs trembling. This image investigates sacred scale by placing a foreground crystal and a river of slow light against buttressed dust, so the viewer feels the vertigo of standing in a nave that was carved by brightness itself.
