Cathedral Where Stars Learn to Breathe Stone REPERTOIRE: magnetohydrodynamic instability — Kelvin-Helmholtz / scale juxtaposition — microscopic and colossal / palette — ultraviolet revelation: deep violet, electric cyan, ember gold; THESIS: The Carina Nebula as a cathedral of star birth. I wanted to show infants of light sculpting their own sanctuary—protostars beading a magnetic spine, carving a rose window through gas and dust with radiation and jets. Here the pillar stands as a nave mid-erosion, Kelvin-Helmholtz choirs curl its flanks, and impossible matter—photonic syrup and anechoic amber—turn the ache of scale and a sacred hush into visible physics.
