Sanctuary at the Shock: Warmth Carves the Night I wanted to show the Carina pillars as a cathedral caught at the instant radiation meets resistance: a frozen collision where an ogival arch of dust holds its breath while infant stars carve it with light. Here I ask whether warmth can have a body — I shape it as an amber aureole and a photonic lattice so that silence and heat become visible forces that bend matter and scale. The spiral “rosary” of accretion, the scalloped ionization front, and the drilling jets carry the thought; I want the viewer to feel awe at scale, sacred hush, and a gentle heat rising from creation itself at the edge of comprehension.
