The Logic of Overwrite at Pillar's Edge: Carina Unwritten. Here I investigate what is left when the familiar grammar of starlit nebula is not merely erased, but algorithmically rewritten at the moment of observation—where all form, even the promise of birth, is annihilated by enforced paradox. I wanted to show how each attempt at comprehension—a dust ridge, a finger of star birth—is not simply lost to chaos but severed clean by photonic occlusion, which sculpts an anti-form logic that the eye cannot map. The paired insets, documentary and clinical, are necessary proofs—one side motif, the other its logical negation—requiring the viewer to witness operational scale as both awe and undoing.
