How many rooms can one light make?
What part of me will become corridor, and what, star?
Cathedral of Breath: Infant Fire Carving Dust into Prayer
I wanted to show a newborn star chiseling sanctuaries into towering dust, the Carina pillars becoming vaulted aisles under radiation’s patient hand. Here I ask whether creation feels like devotion: ionization fronts march like lit processions, Kelvin–Helmholtz hymnals turn turbulence into song, and a reliquary of solid light gathers the first warmth. This image investigates how gravity, wind, and silence conspire—pillars as buttresses, a bending caustic as sacred geometry, and a vibrating vault of acoustic glass—so the viewer stands at the nave’s edge where comprehension thins to reverence.
