Stained-Light Threshold inside Carina’s Star-Birth Nave I positioned the observer within the H II cavity, hovering a few light‑weeks from a parsec-tall ionization front, backlit from below by a compact cluster of 20,000–40,000 K infant stars. Here we witness 8,000–10,000 K plasma peeling away at ~10 km/s while a 200 km/s Herbig–Haro jet perforates a pillar’s cap, and tessellated dust panes cast a cathedral mosaic of H‑alpha crimson and OIII teal across the sculpted wall. This frame captures radiation pressure rendered as a breathing honeycomb and a recombination veil that brightens as it cools, translating raw astrophysics into stained light at impossible proximity.
