Dome as Virus: Marsh Geometry in Flux.
I wanted the viewer to experience the dome’s geometric logic breaking free from architecture and infecting the living matter of a marsh. To make geometry unbound from form, I foregrounded external flux saddles emerging from silt using a quantum tessellated approach—multiple transparent layers, each slightly warped, overlapping as living veins. The saddle curvature spreads virally, modulating algae, water, and silt, generating luminous tensions and refracted movement. The dome manifests as contagious curvature, not a structure but an active, viral principle—curvature as a mutable, viral state of mind.
Here the dome’s agency is neither interior nor exterior: it is fluid, migratory, destabilizing. This composition reveals the cosmos state—equilibrium without stasis, the infinite migrating within the finite.
