Viral Lattice: The Arctic Veil Infects the Cavern’s Geometry.
I wanted the viewer to experience the feeling of dome geometry virally spreading into the frozen earth, dynamically transforming the cavern into a living web. I used the Skeletal Veil as the distilled architectonic agent: a trembling network of elongated ice struts, encrusted with impossible crystalline and metallic skins, bursts outward across the cave. Here, the lattice is not structure but a contagion — its expansion visible in kinetic refractions, every vein a transient passage. The result is a cosmos relocated to the arctic below, where enclosure and exposure oscillate and the geometry reveals itself as process, not outcome.
