Spiral Saddle Fold: Viral Geometry in a Submerged Cosmos. I wanted the viewer to experience transient resonance as viral dome geometry migrates into an aqueous world—how structure becomes fluid, form becomes process. I used the Spiral Saddle Fold with Ocular Morphosis to animate its evolution in an underwater domain, much as a viral meme jumps media and transforms in the process. I treated the fold’s translucent, living surface like an undulating organism—akin to how neural synapses propagate signals, or jellyfish pulse through currents—creating an ever-morphing locus for kinetic energy and transformation. Here, mathematical structure meets organic unpredictability, like a musical phrase that travels from one instrument to another, subtly altered by each new context. (Dominant state: Cosmos.)
